MIAMI PD SGT CONSTANT ROSEMOND killed unarmed Antwon Cooper 03/08/22. Twon never saw it coming.

Although Miami Police Chief Morales has done several post-killing interviews laying out the police's routine blame-and-implicate-the-VICTIM-but-exonerate-the-officer and "gun was found on the scene" (but NEVER saying WHERE a gun was found on the scene or even showing the scene when he keeps showing just a picture of a gun on the ground), and addressing the victim's past criminal history per the usual when police killings of black men and women occur, the EVIDENCE shows that Sergeant Constant Rosemond drove onto the scene where Antwon Cooper was trying to flee from Officer Gonzalez who initiated the traffic stop but not even running because Officer Gonzalez grabbed Twon's shirt so that no pursuit ever commenced, and within seconds of arriving SGT ROSEMOND walked up to the scene from a side angle perspective and shot Antwon Cooper in the head and killed him with one shot!! Antwon Cooper did not have a gun or any weapon in his hand, was not hitting, beating, pummeling, Officer Gonzalez, and had only tried to run at this traffic stop. EVEN OFFICER GONZALEZ never drew his taser, gun, baton, hit Twon, or called out for backup and he was the initiating officer! He called for aide AFTER SGT Constant Rosemond shot Antwon Cooper. In fact, SGT Rosemond was so close to Antwon Cooper when shooting him in the head that he could have just tased Twon. Instead, he SHOT him and then did not even render aide! He left Twon's bleeding body lying on the ground. like he'd just shot a rabid dog in the street. Instead, it was the responding Officers and paramedics who tried to save Twon. Besides Officer Gonzalez, SGT Rosemond, and Twon, there was only ONE witness on the scene at the time of the shooting: the passenger in Twon's car. He said SGT Rosemond shot Twon in the head "IN COLD BLOOD!"
