WHAT IF THIS WAS YOUR GRANDMOTHER OR ELDERLY MOTHER??
(Below see POST-Surgical x-rays with implanted Pins, Pictures, and What Happened, as well as One-Click buttons to make calls and sign the Change.org petition at the bottom of this page. Mrs. Corbin has required multiple reconstructive surgeries from the Officer's #OneKick breaking her Leg!!)
Officer Aaron Williams of the Charlotte County FL police department kicked this 60 year-old UNarmed woman to the ground so hard with ONE KICK that he broke her TIBIA and she urinated on herself! Then he handcuffed her, and laughed. She had to be rushed to the hospital from the scene for surgery.
He wasn't wearing body cam but we're not going to let him get away with this! His actions are on the police report and she was taken to the hospital via ambulance from the scene. They even refused to tell her husband John where they were taking her!!
Don't let them get away with it!! Use the one-click buttons at the bottom of this page to call Charlotte County, FL government to demand action, and share this information via the Change.org petition button. We want this Deputy Aaron Williams fired now!

WHAT HAPPENED TO MR. AND MRS. JOHN AND SANDRA CORBIN?
#OneKick #JusticeForNavyVetSandraCorbin
(See More Pictures and One-Click buttons Below)
Officer Aaron Williams of the Charlotte County FL police department intentionally kicked this 60-year old UNarmed woman and Navy vet Mrs. Sandra Corbin to the ground without warning, kicking her so hard with ONE kick that he broke her TIBIA and caused her to urinate on herself! He then initially refused to call for Emergency services as she lay on the ground screaming in pain that he broke her leg, documenting that she urinated "a large volume" of urine on the police report. He then handcuffed her. He laughed at her. He knew he had no body cameras. But she had to be rushed to the hospital from the scene for surgery on her leg.
Adding insult to injury, they did this in front of her husband of over 30 years and refused to even tell him to which hospital she was being transported! The other officer told him he better not move. He was helpless All of this during a routine traffic stop where her husband was driving.
Mr. and Mrs. Corbin had just come from out dancing, which this elderly couple did frequently on weekends. He swerved after dropping something, the police pulled him over, he VOLUNTARILY submitted to a breathalyzer. He had never been arrested in his life.
For an excessive and improper amount of time the police made him repeatedly blow into the breathalyzer, removing him from Mrs. Corbin's sight and keeping him removed. This and their other actions reasonably caused the elderly Mrs. Corbin to become alarmed. After this elderly lady tried to see what they were doing to her husband, Officer Williams made sure she wouldn't be able to try to see anything else with ONE KICK of his boot he kicked her to the ground and broke her TIBIA all in one motion. .
They then charged her husband Mr. John Corbin with a crime.
He'd never been arrested in his life.
They then charged her with a crime.
Attorney Rawsi Williams got the charge dropped!
After the Officers finally contacted EMS, she was transported straight to the hospital and diagnosed with a fractured tibia!! Mrs. Corbin required multiple reconstructive surgeries, became wheelchair dependent, and can now only ambulate limited distances. She now has pins in her leg.
(See post-surgical x-rays below with pins now in her leg.)
Mrs. Corbin is a Navy Veteran who suffered the suicide of her parent as a child. She never thought she'd go through something like this with the police!
On 01/04/2021 Notice of suit was sent out via process server for service on the Charlotte County Sheriff Bill Prummel, County Commission, County Attorney's Office, FDFR, and the involved police Deputies Aaron Williams, Michael Davidson, David Gensimore, and LT Kendrick Roguska.
On January 8, 2021 Attorney Tiernan Cole sent a response that he received our Notice regarding "Sandra Corbin alleged injuries" (apparently they didn't read the police report or medical record we sent), telling us to serve the Sheriff (which we did) because the County is not responsible for its county department of the Sheriff's office and that letter shall serve as "Charlotte County's final action" and they consider this matter "closed."
Let all of them know YOU don't consider it closed by demanding Justice for Navy Vet Sandra Corbin and Mr. John Corbin NOW!
