Because Attorney Williams is only one of 4 Attorneys in the entire state of Florida to have beaten the FHSAA (Florida High School Athletic Association) in Court in the past 30 years, due to her strong advocacy for students and student-athletes across Florida (and consulting for counsel in other states), the fact that high school students face discipline by the FHSAA for failure to comply with the new approved NIL rules/bylaws (although vague in multiple instances), and most importantly, her concern that students will be exploited and their grades will suffer and they will face FHSAA discipline for failure to follow the rules which impacts their ability to continue to even play, many have asked if she would be willing to represent high-school student-athletes in this new NIL/Name, Image, and Likeness territory in Florida, and/or provide training on the legal and rule considerations affecting these contracts and FHSAA compliance. Initially, that was not her goal. Further, many adults have stated that a lot of new "advisers" are coming forward to advise the children who do not understand the application of the rules not only to NIL but also the FSHAA's discipline in general, next steps, and/or the overall impact of ensuring the child/family maximize all endorsements for the long-run!

Accordingly, Attorney Williams has decided to answer the call to represent our high-school athletes and their families across Florida, as well as provide necessary training.
